Blue Heron Collective is a community agency dedicated to empowering individuals of all ages and abilities through inclusive consulting, education, and employment programs.
Our consulting services guide organizations in creating environments where everyone can thrive, helping to build truly inclusive practices from the ground up.
Through our educational initiatives, we foster advocacy, acceptance, and understanding—promoting empowerment and celebrating all abilities across communities.
Our employment programs provide training, individualized support, and job placement opportunities that highlight each person’s unique strengths.
We believe that differences are not barriers, but assets that enrich workplaces and strengthen communities.

With over 40 years of combined experience in education, program development, STEM research, and specialized programming, we bring both professional expertise and lived experience to everything we do.
We understand the joys and challenges that come with neurodiverse learning because we are a neurodiverse family ourselves. We face many of the same challenges and celebrate all the victories with our own loved ones, as many of you do.
